31:23
وَمَنكَفَرَفَلَايَحْزُنكَكُفْرُهُۥٓإِلَيْنَامَرْجِعُهُمْفَنُنَبِّئُهُمبِمَاعَمِلُوٓا۟إِنَّٱللَّهَعَلِيمٌۢبِذَاتِٱلصُّدُورِ ٢٣
Saheeh International
And whoever has disbelieved - let not his disbelief grieve you. To Us is their return, and We will inform them of what they did. Indeed, Allah is Knowing of that within the breasts.

Tafseer 'Tafsir Ibn Kathir' (IN)
Yakni janganlah kamu bersedih hati, hai Muhammad, atas kekafiran mereka kepada Allah dan juga kepada apa yang kamu sampaikan kepada mereka. Karena sesungguhnya takdir Allah pasti akan dilaksanakan terhadap mereka, dan hanya kepada Allah-lah mereka kembali, lalu Kami akan memberitakan kepada mereka semua yang telah mereka kerjakan, yakni Allah akan membalas semua amal perbuatan mereka itu.
Sesungguhnya Allah Maha Mengetahui segala isi hati. (Luqman:23)
Tiada sesuatu pun yang tersembunyi bagi-Nya.
