Luqman : 22

31:22
وَمَنيُسْلِمْوَجْهَهُۥٓإِلَىٱللَّهِوَهُوَمُحْسِنٌفَقَدِٱسْتَمْسَكَبِٱلْعُرْوَةِٱلْوُثْقَىٰوَإِلَىٱللَّهِعَٰقِبَةُٱلْأُمُورِ ٢٢

Saheeh International

And whoever submits his face to Allah while he is a doer of good - then he has grasped the most trustworthy handhold. And to Allah will be the outcome of [all] matters.

Tafseer 'Tafsir Ibn Kathir' (IN)

Allah Swt. menceritakan perihal orang yang berserah diri kepada Allah, yakni ikhlas dalam beramal karena Allah, tunduk kepada perirtah-Nya, dan mengikuti syariat agama-Nya. Karena itulah disebutkan oleh firman-Nya:

sedangkan dia orang yang berbuat kebaikan. (Luqman:22)

Yaitu berbuat baik dalam amalnya sesuai dengan apa yang diperintahkan oleh Allah dan menjauhi apa yang dilarang oleh-Nya.

maka sesungguhnya ia telah berpegang kepada buhul tali yang kokoh. (Luqman:22)

Artinya, sesungguhnya dia telah mengambil janji yang kuat dari Allah bahwa Dia tidak akan mengazabnya.
