9:60
إِنَّمَاٱلصَّدَقَٰتُلِلْفُقَرَآءِوَٱلْمَسَٰكِينِوَٱلْعَٰمِلِينَعَلَيْهَاوَٱلْمُؤَلَّفَةِقُلُوبُهُمْوَفِىٱلرِّقَابِوَٱلْغَٰرِمِينَوَفِىسَبِيلِٱللَّهِوَٱبْنِٱلسَّبِيلِفَرِيضَةًمِّنَٱللَّهِوَٱللَّهُعَلِيمٌحَكِيمٌ ٦٠

Saheeh International

Zakah expenditures are only for the poor and for the needy and for those employed to collect [zakah] and for bringing hearts together [for Islam] and for freeing captives [or slaves] and for those in debt and for the cause of Allah and for the [stranded] traveler - an obligation [imposed] by Allah . And Allah is Knowing and Wise.

Tafseer 'Qasim Hamidan Da's' (AR)

(إِنَّمَا) كافة ومكفوفة. (الصَّدَقاتُ) مبتدأ مرفوع. (لِلْفُقَراءِ) متعلقان بمحذوف خبر. (وَالْمَساكِينِ وَالْعامِلِينَ) معطوفة على الفقراء. (عَلَيْها) متعلقان باسم الفاعل قبلهما. (وَالْمُؤَلَّفَةِ) اسم معطوف. (قُلُوبُهُمْ) نائب فاعل للمؤلفة. (وَفِي الرِّقابِ وَالْغارِمِينَ وَفِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ وَابْنِ السَّبِيلِ).. أسماء معطوفة. (فَرِيضَةً) مفعول مطلق لفعل محذوف. أي فرض اللّه ذلك فريضة. (مِنَ اللَّهِ) متعلقان بفريضة. (وَاللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ) لفظ الجلالة مبتدأ وعليم حكيم خبراه والجملة مستأنفة.
