97:4
تَنَزَّلُ ٱلۡمَلَـٰٓئِكَةُ وَٱلرُّوحُ فِيهَا بِإِذۡنِ رَبِّهِم مِّن كُلِّ أَمۡرٍ٤
Saheeh International
The angels and the Spirit descend therein by permission of their Lord for every matter.
