And [by] the witness and what is witnessed,

(3) Dalam ayat yang ketiga, Allah bersumpah dengan alam semesta ini yang dapat memalingkan perhatian. Ringkasnya, Allah bersumpah dengan alam semesta agar dapat memalingkan manusia memikirkan kebesaran dan keagungan-Nya, agar mereka dapat mengambil manfaat dari apa yang dapat mereka lihat itu dan agar mereka mencurahkan perhatiannya untuk dapat memperoleh hakikat dan rahasia alam yang masih tersembunyi.
