And when they returned to their people, they would return jesting.

Tafseer 'Tafsir Kemenag RI' (IN)

(30-31) Apabila orang-orang yang beriman lewat di hadapan mereka, orang-orang yang berdosa itu saling memberi isyarat dengan kedipan mata yang mengandung unsur ejekan dan cemoohan. Apabila kembali kepada kaum kerabatnya, mereka membangga-banggakan diri karena telah mengadakan tindakan terhadap pengikut-pengikut Muhammad saw dengan berbagai tindakan yang mengandung unsur ejekan, cemoohan, dan permusuhan.
