قَالَأَغَيْرَٱللَّهِأَبْغِيكُمْإِلَٰهًاوَهُوَفَضَّلَكُمْعَلَىٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ ١٤٠

Saheeh International

He said, "Is it other than Allah I should desire for you as a god while He has preferred you over the worlds?"

Tafseer 'Tabari Tafseer' (AR)

القول في تأويل قوله : قَالَ أَغَيْرَ اللَّهِ أَبْغِيكُمْ إِلَهًا وَهُوَ فَضَّلَكُمْ عَلَى الْعَالَمِينَ (140)قال أبو جعفر: يقول تعالى ذكره: قال موسى لقومه: أسِوَى الله ألتمسكم إلهًا، وأجعل لكم معبودًا تعبدونه, (11) والله الذي هو خالقكم, فضلكم على عالمي دهركم وزمانكم؟ (12) يقول: أفأبغيكم معبودًا لا ينفعكم ولا يضركم تعبدونه، وتتركون عبادة من فضلكم على الخلق؟ إن هذا منكم لجهل!--------------الهوامش :(11) انظر تفسير (( بغى )) فيما سلف 12 : 559 ، تعليق : 3 ، والمراجع هناك .(12) انظر تفسير (( العالمين )) فيما سلف من فهارس اللغة ( علم ) .
