قَالَأَنظِرْنِىٓإِلَىٰيَوْمِيُبْعَثُونَ ١٤
Saheeh International
[Satan] said, "Reprieve me until the Day they are resurrected."

Tafseer 'Tafsir Ibn Kathir' (IN)
Beri tangguhlah saya sampai waktu mereka dibangkitkan. Allah berfirman, "Sesungguhnya kamu termasuk mereka yang diberi tangguh.”(Al-A'raf: 14-15)
Allah mengabulkan permintaan iblis karena di dalamnya terkandung hikmah, keinginan, dan kehendak Allah yang tidak dapat ditentang, tidak dapat dicegah, serta tidak ada akibat bagi keputusan hukum-Nya, dan Dia Mahacepat perhitungan-Nya.
