فَأَلْقَىٰعَصَاهُفَإِذَاهِىَثُعْبَانٌمُّبِينٌ ١٠٧

Saheeh International

So Moses threw his staff, and suddenly it was a serpent, manifest.

Tafseer 'Waseet Tafseer' (AR)

وهنا يحكى لنا القرآن ما أسرع بفعله موسى للرد على فرعون فقال : ( فألقى عَصَاهُ فَإِذَا هِيَ ثُعْبَانٌ مُّبِينٌ ) : أى فألقى موسى عصاه التى كانت بيده أمام فرعون فإذا هى ثعبان مبين ، أى : ظاهر بين لاخفاء فى كونه ثعباناً حقيقياً يسعى فى خفة وسرعة كأنه جان .والثعبان : الذكر العظيم من الحيات ، وقيل : إنه الحية مطلقا .وذد ذكر بعض المفسرين روايات عن ضخامة هذا الثعبان وأحواله ، إلا أننا أضربنا عنها صفحا لضعفها .
