6:96
فَالِقُٱلْإِصْبَاحِوَجَعَلَٱلَّيْلَسَكَنًاوَٱلشَّمْسَوَٱلْقَمَرَحُسْبَانًاذَٰلِكَتَقْدِيرُٱلْعَزِيزِٱلْعَلِيمِ ٩٦

Saheeh International

[He is] the cleaver of daybreak and has made the night for rest and the sun and moon for calculation. That is the determination of the Exalted in Might, the Knowing.

Tafseer 'Baghawy Tafseer' (AR)

( فالق الإصباح ) شاق عمود الصبح عن ظلمة الليل وكاشفه [ وهو أول ما يبدو من النهار يريد : مبدئ الصبح وموضحه ] .وقال الضحاك : خالق النهار ، والإصباح مصدر كالإقبال والإدبار ، وهو الإضاءة وأراد به الصبح . ( وجعل الليل سكنا ) يسكن فيه خلقه ، وقرأ أهل الكوفة : " وجعل " على الماضي ، " الليل " نصب اتباعا للمصحف ، وقرأ إبراهيم النخعي ( فالق الإصباح وجعل الليل سكنا والشمس والقمر حسبانا ) أي : جعل الشمس والقمر بحساب معلوم لا يجاوزانه حتى ينتهيا إلى أقصى منازلهما ، والحسبان مصدر كالحساب ، ( ذلك تقدير العزيز العليم )
