6:85
وَزَكَرِيَّاوَيَحْيَىٰوَعِيسَىٰوَإِلْيَاسَكُلٌّمِّنَٱلصَّٰلِحِينَ ٨٥

Saheeh International

And Zechariah and John and Jesus and Elias - and all were of the righteous.

Tafseer 'Tafsir Ahsanul Bayaan' (UR)

اور (نیز) زکریا کو یحیٰی کو عیسیٰ (١) اور الیاس کو، سب نیک لوگوں میں شامل تھے۔ ٨٥۔١ عیسیٰ علیہ السلام کا ذکر حضرت نوح علیہ السلام یا حضرت ابراہیم علیہ السلام کی اولاد میں اس لئے کہا گیا (حالانکہ ان کا باپ نہیں تھا) کہ لڑکی کی اولاد بھی ذریت رجال میں ہی شامل ہوتی ہے۔ جس طرح نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم حضرت حسن (اپنی بیٹی حضرت فاطمہ کے صاحبزادے) کو اپنا بیٹا فرمایا ان ابنی ھذا سید و لعل اللہ ان یصلح بہ بین فئتین عظمتین من المسلمین (صحیح بخاری) ' (تفصیل کے لئے دیکھئے تفسیر ابن کثیر)۔
