68:32
عَسَىٰرَبُّنَآأَنيُبْدِلَنَاخَيْرًامِّنْهَآإِنَّآإِلَىٰرَبِّنَارَٰغِبُونَ ٣٢

Saheeh International

Perhaps our Lord will substitute for us [one] better than it. Indeed, we are toward our Lord desirous."

Tafseer 'Waseet Tafseer' (AR)

( عسى رَبُّنَآ ) بفضله وإحسانه ( أَن يُبْدِلَنَا خَيْراً مِّنْهَآ ) أى : أن يعطينا ما هو خير منها ( إِنَّآ إلى رَبِّنَا ) لا إلى غيره ( رَاغِبُونَ ) أى : راغبون فى عطائه ، راجعون إليه بالتوبة والندم . .قال الآلوسى : قال مجاهد : إنهم تابوا فأبدلهم الله - تعالى - خيرا منها . وحكى عن الحسن : التوقف وسئل قتادة عنهم : أهم من أهل الجنة أم من أهل النار؟ فقال للسائل : لقد كلفتنى تعبا . .
