كَانُوا۟لَايَتَنَاهَوْنَعَنمُّنكَرٍفَعَلُوهُلَبِئْسَمَاكَانُوا۟يَفْعَلُونَ ٧٩

Saheeh International

They used not to prevent one another from wrongdoing that they did. How wretched was that which they were doing.

Tafseer 'Qasim Hamidan Da's' (AR)

(كانُوا لا يَتَناهَوْنَ) إعرابها مثل (كانُوا يَعْتَدُونَ) ولا نافية (عَنْ مُنكَرٍ) متعلقان بالفعل قبلهما (فَعَلُوهُ) فعل ماض وفاعل ومفعول به والجملة في محل جر صفة لمنكر (لَبِئْسَ ما) اللام لام الابتداء وبئس فعل ماض جامد للذم وما الموصولة فاعله وجملة (كانُوا يَفْعَلُونَ) صلة الموصول لا محل لها وجملة يفعلون في محل نصب خبر كانوا، وجملة لبئس ابتدائية لا محل لها.
