Tafsir of Surah Al Ma'idah

فَإِنْعُثِرَعَلَىٰٓأَنَّهُمَاٱسْتَحَقَّآإِثْمًافَـَٔاخَرَانِيَقُومَانِمَقَامَهُمَامِنَٱلَّذِينَٱسْتَحَقَّعَلَيْهِمُٱلْأَوْلَيَٰنِفَيُقْسِمَانِبِٱللَّهِلَشَهَٰدَتُنَآأَحَقُّمِنشَهَٰدَتِهِمَاوَمَاٱعْتَدَيْنَآإِنَّآإِذًالَّمِنَٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ ١٠٧

Saheeh International

But if it is found that those two were guilty of perjury, let two others stand in their place [who are] foremost [in claim] from those who have a lawful right. And let them swear by Allah, "Our testimony is truer than their testimony, and we have not transgressed. Indeed, we would then be of the wrongdoers."

Tafseer 'Tafsir Ahsanul Bayaan' (BN)

[১] অর্থাৎ, মিথ্যা শপথ করেছে।

[২] أوليان এটা أولى এর দ্বিবচন। যার অর্থ; অসিয়তকারীর দুই নিকটাত্মীয়। (مِنَ الَّذِيْنَ اسْتَحَقَّ عَلَيْهِم) এর অর্থঃ যাদের স্বার্থহানি ঘটেছে তাদের মধ্য হতে। 'أوليان 'এটা 'هما' ঊহ্য সর্বনাম (উদ্দেশ্য)র খবর (বিধেয়) অথবা يقومان/آخران এর সর্বনামের বদল (পরিবর্ত)। যার ভাবার্থ, এই দুই নিকটাত্মীয় তাদের মিথ্যা কসমের বিরুদ্ধে শপথ করবে।
