ٱلَّذِينَيَبْخَلُونَوَيَأْمُرُونَٱلنَّاسَبِٱلْبُخْلِوَمَنيَتَوَلَّفَإِنَّٱللَّهَهُوَٱلْغَنِىُّٱلْحَمِيدُ ٢٤

Saheeh International

[Those] who are stingy and enjoin upon people stinginess. And whoever turns away - then indeed, Allah is the Free of need, the Praiseworthy.

Tafseer 'Qasim Hamidan Da's' (AR)

(الَّذِينَ) بدل من كل مختال (يَبْخَلُونَ) مضارع وفاعله والجملة صلة (وَيَأْمُرُونَ) معطوف على يبخلون (النَّاسَ) مفعول به (بِالْبُخْلِ) متعلقان بالفعل، (وَمَنْ يَتَوَلَّ) الواو حرف استئناف ومن اسم شرط جازم مبتدأ ومضارع مجزوم لأنه فعل الشرط (فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ) الفاء واقعة في جواب الشرط وإن واسمها (هُوَ) ضمير فصل (الْغَنِيُّ الْحَمِيدُ) خبران والجملة في محل جزم جواب الشرط.
