57:2
لَهُۥمُلْكُٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِوَٱلْأَرْضِيُحْىِۦوَيُمِيتُوَهُوَعَلَىٰكُلِّشَىْءٍقَدِيرٌ ٢

Saheeh International

His is the dominion of the heavens and earth. He gives life and causes death, and He is over all things competent.

Tafseer 'Tafsir Ibn Kathir' (IN)

firman Allah Swt.:

Kepunyaan-Nyalah kerajaan langit dan bumi, Dia menghidupkan dan mematikan. (Al-Hadid: 2)

Yakni Dialah yang memiliki lagi yang mengatur makhluk-Nya, maka Dia menghidupkan dan mematikan, juga memberikan apa yang dikehendaki-Nya kepada siapa yang dikehendaki-Nya.

dan Dia Mahakuasa atas segala sesuatu. (Al-Hadid: 2)

Yaitu apa yang dikehendaki-Nya pasti ada, dan apa yang tidak dikehendaki-Nya pasti tiada.
