فَسَبِّحْبِٱسْمِرَبِّكَٱلْعَظِيمِ ٩٦

Saheeh International

So exalt the name of your Lord, the Most Great.

Tafseer 'Qurtubi Tafseer' (AR)

فسبح باسم ربك العظيم أي : نزه الله تعالى عن السوء . والباء زائدة أي : سبح اسم ربك ، والاسم : المسمى . وقيل : فسبح أي : فصل بذكر ربك وبأمره . وقيل : فاذكر اسم ربك العظيم وسبحه . وعن عقبة بن عامر قال : لما نزلت : فسبح باسم ربك العظيم قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم : اجعلوها في ركوعكم ولما نزلت سبح اسم ربك الأعلى قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم : اجعلوها في سجودكم خرجه أبو داود . والله أعلم .
