وَلَقَدْصَبَّحَهُمبُكْرَةًعَذَابٌمُّسْتَقِرٌّ ٣٨

Saheeh International

And there came upon them by morning an abiding punishment.

Tafseer 'Waseet Tafseer' (AR)

ثم بين - سبحانه - ما حل بهم من عذاب فقال : ( وَلَقَدْ صَبَّحَهُم بُكْرَةً عَذَابٌ مُّسْتَقِرٌّ . . . ) . والبكرة : أول النهار وهو وقت الصبح ، وجىء بلفظ بكرة للإشعار بتعجيل العذاب لهم ، أى : والله لقد نزل بهم عذابنا فى الوقت المبكر من الصباح نزولا دائما ثابتا مستقرا لا ينفك عنهم ، ولا ينفكون عنه . . وقلنا لهم : ذوقوا عذابى ، وسوء عاقبة تكذيبكم لرسولى لوط - عليه السلام - .
