إِنَّآأَرْسَلْنَاعَلَيْهِمْصَيْحَةًوَٰحِدَةًفَكَانُوا۟كَهَشِيمِٱلْمُحْتَظِرِ ٣١

Saheeh International

Indeed, We sent upon them one blast from the sky, and they became like the dry twig fragments of an [animal] pen.

Tafseer 'Tafsir Kemenag RI' (IN)

(31) Azab pada ayat ini adalah saihah. Sebagaimana sudah diterangkan dalam kosakata Surah Hud/11: 67, saihah adalah rajfah (gempa hebat) dan saiqah (petir yang menyambar). Dengan demikian azab yang mereka terima adalah petir yang menggelegar disertai gempa yang dahsyat. Petir itu menghanguskan tubuh mereka sehingga mati terbakar dan kering bagaikan rerumputan yang mati kering karena kekeringan. (
