ذُومِرَّةٍفَٱسْتَوَىٰ ٦

Saheeh International

One of soundness. And he rose to [his] true form

Tafseer 'Ibn Kathir' (AR)

قال ههنا "ذو مرة" أي ذو قوة قاله مجاهد والحسن وابن زيد وقال ابن عباس: ذو منظر حسن وقال قتادة ذو خلق طويل حسن ولا منافاة بين القولين فإن عليه السلام ذو منظر حسن وقوة شديدة وقد ورد في الحديث الصحيح من رواية ابن عمر وأبي هريرة أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال "لا تحل الصدقة لغني ولا لذي مره سوي" وقوله تعالى "فاستوى" يعني جبريل عليه السلام قاله الحسن ومجاهد وقتادة والربيع بن أنس.
