4:63
أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَٱلَّذِينَيَعْلَمُٱللَّهُمَافِىقُلُوبِهِمْفَأَعْرِضْعَنْهُمْوَعِظْهُمْوَقُللَّهُمْفِىٓأَنفُسِهِمْقَوْلًۢابَلِيغًا ٦٣

Saheeh International

Those are the ones of whom Allah knows what is in their hearts, so turn away from them but admonish them and speak to them a far-reaching word.

Tafseer 'Ibn Kathir' (AR)

ثم قال تعالى "أولئك الذين يعلم الله ما في قلوبهم" هذا الضرب من الناس هم المنافقون والله يعلم ما في قلوبهم وسيجزيهم على ذلك فإنه لا تخفى عليه خافية فاكتف به يا محمد فيهم فإنه عالم بظواهرهم وبواطنهم. ولهذا قال له "فأعرض عنهم" أي لا تعنفهم على ما في قلوبهم "وعظهم" أي وانههم عما في قلوبهم من النفاق وسرائر الشر "وقل لهم في أنفسهم قولا بليغا" أي وانصحهم فيما بينك وبينهم بكلام بليغ رادع لهم.
