4:132
وَلِلَّهِمَافِىٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِوَمَافِىٱلْأَرْضِوَكَفَىٰبِٱللَّهِوَكِيلًا ١٣٢

Saheeh International

And to Allah belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. And sufficient is Allah as Disposer of affairs.

(132) Kemudian dalam ayat ini dipertegas bahwa kepunyaan Allah-lah apa saja yang ada di langit dan apa yang ada di bumi. Dia berkuasa untuk mengatur secara mutlak dan berkuasa mewujudkan atau melenyapkan, berkuasa untuk menghidupkan dan mematikan menurut kehendak-Nya. Karena itu cukuplah Allah menjadi pemelihara dan Dialah yang mengurus dan menentukan urusan hamba-Nya.
