أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَمَأْوَىٰهُمْجَهَنَّمُوَلَايَجِدُونَعَنْهَامَحِيصًا ١٢١

Saheeh International

The refuge of those will be Hell, and they will not find from it an escape.

Tafseer 'Tanweer Tafseer' (AR)

وجيء باسم الإشارة في قوله : { أولئك مأواهم جهنّم } لتنبيه السامعين إلى ما يرد بعد اسم الإشارة من الخبر وأنّ المشار إليهم أحرياء به عقب ما تقدّم من ذكر صفاتهم .والمحيص : المراغ والملجأ ، من حاص إذا نفَر وراغ ، وفي حديث هرقل «فحَاصوا حيصة حمر الوحش إلى الأبواب» . وقال جعفر بن عُلْبَةَ الحارثي :ولم نَدْرِ إن حِصْنا من الموت حَيْصَة ... كَم العُمْرُ باققٍ والمدى متطاولُروي : حِصنا وحيصة بالحاء والصاد المهملتين ويقال : جاض أيضاً بالجيم والضاد المعجمة ، وبهما روي بيت جعفر أيضاً .
