إِلَّامَنرَّحِمَٱللَّهُإِنَّهُۥهُوَٱلْعَزِيزُٱلرَّحِيمُ ٤٢

Saheeh International

Except those [believers] on whom Allah has mercy. Indeed, He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful.

Tafseer 'Tafsir Ibn Kathir' (IN)

Kemudian disebutkan dalam firman berikutnya:

kecuali orang yang diberi rahmat oleh Allah. (Ad-Dukhan: 42)

Artinya, di hari itu tidaklah bermanfaat kecuali hanya rahmat Allah kepada makhluk-Nya.

Sesungguhnya Dialah Yang Mahaperkasa lagi Maha Penyayang. (Ad-Dukhan: 42)

Yakni Dia Mahaperkasa lagi Yang mempunyai rahmat yang luas.
