43:11

وَٱلَّذِى نَزَّلَ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَآءَۢ بِقَدَرٍ فَأَنشَرۡنَا بِهِۦ بَلۡدَةً مَّيۡتًا‌ۚ كَذَٰلِكَ تُخۡرَجُونَ١١

Saheeh International

And who sends down rain from the sky in measured amounts, and We revive thereby a dead land - thus will you be brought forth -
