42:29
وَمِنْءَايَٰتِهِۦخَلْقُٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِوَٱلْأَرْضِوَمَابَثَّفِيهِمَامِندَآبَّةٍوَهُوَعَلَىٰجَمْعِهِمْإِذَايَشَآءُقَدِيرٌ ٢٩

Saheeh International

And of his signs is the creation of the heavens and earth and what He has dispersed throughout them of creatures. And He, for gathering them when He wills, is competent.

Tafseer 'Ibn Kathir' (AR)

يقول تعالى "ومن آياته" الدالة على عظمته وقدرته العظيمة وسلطانه القاهر "خلق السماوات والأرض وما بث فيهما" أي ذرأ فيهما أي في السماوات والأرض "من دابة" وهذا يشمل الملائكة والإنس والجن وسائر الحيوانات على اختلاف أشكالهم وألوانهم ولغاتهم وطباعهم وأجناسهم وأنواعهم وقد فرقهم في أرجاء أقطار السماوات والأرض "وهو" مع هذا كله "على جمعهم إذا يشاء قدير" أي يوم القيامة يجمع الأولين والآخرين وسائر الخلائق في صعيد واحد يسمعهم الداعي وينفذهم البصر فيحكم فيهم بحكمه العدل الحق.
