كِتَٰبٌفُصِّلَتْءَايَٰتُهُۥقُرْءَانًاعَرَبِيًّالِّقَوْمٍيَعْلَمُونَ ٣

Saheeh International

A Book whose verses have been detailed, an Arabic Qur'an for a people who know,

Tafseer 'Tafsir Ahsanul Bayaan' (BN)

[১] এটা 'হাল' (যা পূর্বোক্তের অবস্থা বর্ণনা করে) অর্থাৎ, এর শব্দগুলো আরবী ভাষায়। যার অর্থ বিশ্লেষিত ও সুস্পষ্ট।

[২] অর্থাৎ, যারা আরবী ভাষা, তার অর্থ ও ভাবার্থ এবং তার রহস্য ও বাচনভঙ্গি ইত্যাদি জানে।

[৩] অর্থাৎ, হালাল কি এবং হারাম কি? অথবা আনুগত্য কি এবং অবাধ্যতা কি? কিংবা নেকীর কাজ কোন্গুলো এবং শাস্তি পেতে হয় এমন কাজ কোনগুলো?
