41:23
وَذَٰلِكُمْظَنُّكُمُٱلَّذِىظَنَنتُمبِرَبِّكُمْأَرْدَىٰكُمْفَأَصْبَحْتُممِّنَٱلْخَٰسِرِينَ ٢٣

Saheeh International

And that was your assumption which you assumed about your Lord. It has brought you to ruin, and you have become among the losers."

Tafseer 'Waseet Tafseer' (AR)

ثم بين - سبحانه - سوء عاقبة ظن هؤلاء الكافرين الجاهلين فقال : ( وَذَلِكُمْ ظَنُّكُمُ الذي ظَنَنتُم بِرَبِّكُمْ أَرْدَاكُمْ ) .و ( ذلكم ) اسم إشارة يعود إلى ظنهم السابق ، وقوله ( أَرْدَاكُمْ ) خبره .أى : وذلكم الظن الذى ظننتموه بربكم ، وهو أنه - سبحانه - لا يعلم كثيرا مما تعملونه سرا ، هذا الظن ( أَرْدَاكُمْ ) أى : أهلككم ، يقال ردى فلان - كصدى - إذا هلك ( فَأَصْبَحْتُمْ ) أيها الكافرون من الخاسرين لكل شئ فى دنياكم .
