Saheeh International
When the shackles are around their necks and the chains; they will be dragged

Tafseer 'Tafsir Ibn Kathir' (IN)
Adapun firman Allah Swt.:
ketika belenggu dan rantai dipasang di leher mereka. (Al-Mu’min: 71)
Maksudnya, rantai itu menyatu dengan belenggu dipegang di tangan Malaikat Zabaniyah yang menyeret mereka di atas muka mereka, lalu melemparkan mereka yang adakalanya ke dalam air yang sangat panas dan adakalanya ke dalam neraka Jahim.
