40:68
هُوَٱلَّذِىيُحْىِۦوَيُمِيتُفَإِذَاقَضَىٰٓأَمْرًافَإِنَّمَايَقُولُلَهُۥكُنفَيَكُونُ ٦٨
Saheeh International
He it is who gives life and causes death; and when He decrees a matter, He but says to it, "Be," and it is.
Tafsir Ahsanul Bayaan
Tafseer 'Tafsir Ahsanul Bayaan' (BN)
[১] জীবিত করা ও মারা তাঁরই এখতিয়ারাধীন ব্যাপার। তিনি প্রাণহীন শুক্রবিন্দুকে বিভিন্ন স্তরের উপর দিয়ে অতিক্রম করিয়ে একজন জীবন্ত মানুষের আকৃতি দান করেন। অতঃপর নির্দিষ্ট এক সময়ে জীবন্ত এই মানুষটির প্রাণ কেড়ে নিয়ে মৃত্যুর কোলে ঘুম পাড়িয়ে দেন।
[২] তাঁর মহাশক্তির অবস্থা হল এই যে, তাঁর كُنْ (হও) শব্দ দ্বারা সেই জিনিস অস্তিত্বে চলে আসে, যা (হওয়ার) তিনি ইচ্ছা করেন।
