يَخۡتَصُّ بِرَحۡمَتِهِۦ مَن يَشَآءُۗ وَٱللَّهُ ذُو ٱلۡفَضۡلِ ٱلۡعَظِيمِ٧٤
Saheeh International
He selects for His mercy whom He wills. And Allah is the possessor of great bounty.
