إِنَّأَوْلَىٱلنَّاسِبِإِبْرَٰهِيمَلَلَّذِينَٱتَّبَعُوهُوَهَٰذَاٱلنَّبِىُّوَٱلَّذِينَءَامَنُوا۟وَٱللَّهُوَلِىُّٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ ٦٨

Saheeh International

Indeed, the most worthy of Abraham among the people are those who followed him [in submission to Allah ] and this prophet, and those who believe [in his message]. And Allah is the ally of the believers.

Tafseer 'Tafsir Ahsanul Bayaan' (UR)

جنہوں نے ان کا کہنا مانا اور یہ نبی اور جو لوگ ایمان لائے (١) مومنوں کا ولی اور سہارا اللہ ہی ہے۔ ٦٨۔١ اسی لئے قرآن کریم میں نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو ملت ابراہیمی کا اتباع کرنے کا حکم دیا گیا ہے علاوہ ازیں حدیث میں ہے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا (ہر نبی کے نبیوں میں سے دوست ہوتے ہیں، میرے ولی (دوست) ان میں سے میرے باپ اور میرے رب کے خلیل (ابراہیم علیہ السلام) ہیں۔
