3:4
مِنقَبْلُهُدًىلِّلنَّاسِوَأَنزَلَٱلْفُرْقَانَإِنَّٱلَّذِينَكَفَرُوا۟بِـَٔايَٰتِٱللَّهِلَهُمْعَذَابٌشَدِيدٌوَٱللَّهُعَزِيزٌذُوٱنتِقَامٍ ٤

Saheeh International

Before, as guidance for the people. And He revealed the Qur'an. Indeed, those who disbelieve in the verses of Allah will have a severe punishment, and Allah is exalted in Might, the Owner of Retribution.

Tafseer 'Tafsir Ibn Kathir' (IN)

Firman Allah Swt.:

Sesungguhnya orang-orang yang kafir terhadap ayat-ayat Allah.

Yakni ingkar dan ragu terhadapnya serta menentangnya dengan kebatilan.

Bagi mereka akan memperoleh siksa yang berat.

Yaitu kelak di hari kiamat.

...dan Allah Mahaperkasa.

Yakni Zat Yang Mahaperkasa lagi Mahabesar kekuasaan-Nya.

...lagi mempunyai balasan.

Yakni terhadap orang-orang yang mendustakan ayat-ayat-Nya, menentang rasul-rasul-Nya dan nabi-nabi-Nya.
