3:147
وَمَا كَانَ قَوۡلَهُمۡ إِلَّآ أَن قَالُواۡ رَبَّنَا ٱغۡفِرۡ لَنَا ذُنُوبَنَا وَإِسۡرَافَنَا فِىٓ أَمۡرِنَا وَثَبِّتۡ أَقۡدَامَنَا وَٱنصُرۡنَا عَلَى ٱلۡقَوۡمِ ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ١٤٧
Saheeh International
And their words were not but that they said, "Our Lord, forgive us our sins and the excess [committed] in our affairs and plant firmly our feet and give us victory over the disbelieving people."
قوله تعالى : ( وما كان قولهم ) نصب على خبر كان والاسم في أن قالوا ، ومعناه : وما كان قولهم عند قتل نبيهم ، ( إلا أن قالوا ربنا اغفر لنا ذنوبنا ) أي : الصغائر ، ( وإسرافنا في أمرنا ) أي : الكبائر ، ( وثبت أقدامنا ) كي لا تزول ، ( وانصرنا على القوم الكافرين ) يقول فهلا فعلتم وقلتم مثل ذلك يا أصحاب محمد .
