39:21
أَلَمْتَرَأَنَّٱللَّهَأَنزَلَمِنَٱلسَّمَآءِمَآءًفَسَلَكَهُۥيَنَٰبِيعَفِىٱلْأَرْضِثُمَّيُخْرِجُبِهِۦزَرْعًامُّخْتَلِفًاأَلْوَٰنُهُۥثُمَّيَهِيجُفَتَرَىٰهُمُصْفَرًّاثُمَّيَجْعَلُهُۥحُطَٰمًاإِنَّفِىذَٰلِكَلَذِكْرَىٰلِأُو۟لِىٱلْأَلْبَٰبِ ٢١

Saheeh International

Do you not see that Allah sends down rain from the sky and makes it flow as springs [and rivers] in the earth; then He produces thereby crops of varying colors; then they dry and you see them turned yellow; then He makes them [scattered] debris. Indeed in that is a reminder for those of understanding.

Tafseer 'Baghawy Tafseer' (AR)

قوله عز وجل : ( ألم تر أن الله أنزل من السماء ماء فسلكه ) أدخل ذلك الماء ، ) ( ينابيع ) عيونا وركايا ) ( في الأرض ) قال الشعبي : كل ماء في الأرض فمن السماء نزل ، ( ثم يخرج به ) أي : بالماء ( زرعا مختلفا ألوانه ) أحمر وأصفر وأخضر ، ) ( ثم يهيج ) ييبس ) ( فتراه ) بعد خضرته ونضرته ، ( مصفرا ثم يجعله حطاما ) فتاتا متكسرا ، ( إن في ذلك لذكرى لأولي الألباب ) .
