ٱلَّذِينَيَسْتَمِعُونَٱلْقَوْلَفَيَتَّبِعُونَأَحْسَنَهُۥٓأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَٱلَّذِينَهَدَىٰهُمُٱللَّهُوَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَهُمْأُو۟لُوا۟ٱلْأَلْبَٰبِ ١٨

Saheeh International

Who listen to speech and follow the best of it. Those are the ones Allah has guided, and those are people of understanding.

Tafseer 'Tafsir Ibn Kathir' (IN)

Adapun firman Allah Swt.:

Mereka itulah orang-orang yang telah diberi Allah petunjuk. (Az-Zumar: 18)

Maksudnya, orang-orang yang mempunyai sifat ini adalah mereka yang mendapat petunjuk dari Allah di dunia dan di akhirat.

dan mereka itulah orang-orang yang mempunyai akal. (Az-Zumar: 18)

Yakni mempunyai akal yang sehat dan fitrah yang lurus.
