38:13
وَثَمُودُوَقَوْمُلُوطٍوَأَصْحَٰبُلْـَٔيْكَةِأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَٱلْأَحْزَابُ ١٣
Saheeh International
And [the tribe of] Thamud and the people of Lot and the companions of the thicket. Those are the companies.

Tafseer 'Tafsir Ibn Kathir' (IN)
Firman Allah Swt.:
Mereka itulah golongan-golongan yang bersekutu (menentang rasul-rasul). (Shaad:13)
Yakni mereka lebih banyak bilangannya daripada kalian (orang-orang Quraisy) dan lebih kuat serta lebih banyak harta dan anak-anaknya, tetapi semuanya itu tidak dapat menolak mereka (menyelamatkan mereka) dari azab Allah barang sedikit pun, ketika datang kepada mereka azab Allah.
