قَالُوا۟ٱبْنُوا۟لَهُۥبُنْيَٰنًافَأَلْقُوهُفِىٱلْجَحِيمِ ٩٧

Saheeh International

They said, "Construct for him a furnace and throw him into the burning fire."

Tafseer 'Tanweer Tafseer' (AR)

قَالُوا ابْنُوا لَهُ بُنْيَانًا فَأَلْقُوهُ فِي الْجَحِيمِ (97) { الجحيم } : النار الشديدة الوقود ، وكلّ نار على نار وجمر فوق جمر فهو جحيم .وتقدمت هذه القصة ونظير هذه الآية في سورة الأنبياء ، وعبر هنا ب { الأسْفَلِينَ } وهنالك ب { الأَخسرين } [ الأنبياء : 70 ] والأسفل هو المغلوب لأن الغالب يُتخيل معتلياً على المغلوب فهو استعارة للمغلوب ، والأخسر هنالك استعارة لمن لا يحصل من سعيه على بغيته .
