كَأَنَّهُنَّبَيْضٌمَّكْنُونٌ ٤٩

Saheeh International

As if they were [delicate] eggs, well-protected.

Tafseer 'Tanweer Tafseer' (AR)

كَأَنَّهُنَّ بَيْضٌ مَكْنُونٌ (49)والبَيْض المكنون : هو بيض النعام ، والنعام يُكنّ بيضَه في حُفر في الرمل ويفرش لها من دقيق ريشه ، وتسمى تلك الحُفر : الأَداحِيَّ ، واحدتها أُدّحية بوزن أُثفية . فيكون البَيض شديد لمعان اللون وهو أبيض مشوب بياضه بصفرة وذلك اللون أحسن ألوان النساء ، وقديماً شبهوا الحسان بِبيض النعام ، قال امرؤ القيس :وبيضةِ خدر لا يُرام خباؤها ... تمتعت من لَهْو بها غيرَ مُعْجَل
