36:36
سُبْحَٰنَٱلَّذِىخَلَقَٱلْأَزْوَٰجَكُلَّهَامِمَّاتُنۢبِتُٱلْأَرْضُوَمِنْأَنفُسِهِمْوَمِمَّالَايَعْلَمُونَ ٣٦

Saheeh International

Exalted is He who created all pairs - from what the earth grows and from themselves and from that which they do not know.

Tafseer 'Tafsir Ibn Kathir' (IN)

Firman Allah Swt.:

dan dari diri mereka sendiri. (Yaa Siin:36)

Maka Dia menjadikan mereka ada yang jenis pria dan ada yang jenis wanita.

maupun dari apa yang tidak mereka ketahui. (Yaa Siin:36)

Yaitu dari berbagai macam makhluk yang beraneka ragam yang tidak mereka ketahui. Ayat ini semakna dengan apa yang disebutkan oleh Allah Swt. dalam ayat lain melalui firman-Nya:

Dan segala sesuatu Kami ciptakan berpasang-pasangan supaya kamu mengingat akan kebesaran Allah. (Az-Zariyat: 49)
