يَٰحَسْرَةًعَلَىٱلْعِبَادِمَايَأْتِيهِممِّنرَّسُولٍإِلَّاكَانُوا۟بِهِۦيَسْتَهْزِءُونَ ٣٠

Saheeh International

How regretful for the servants. There did not come to them any messenger except that they used to ridicule him.

Tafseer 'Tafsir Ahsanul Bayaan' (UR)

(ایسے) بندوں پر افسوس! (١) کبھی بھی کوئی رسول ان کے پاس نہیں آیا جس کی ہنسی انہوں نے نہ اڑائی ہو۔ ٣٠۔١ حسرت و ندامت کا یہ اظہار خود اپنے نفسوں پر، قیامت والے دن، عذاب دیکھنے کے بعد کریں گے کہ کاش انہوں نے اللہ کے بارے میں کوتاہی نہ کی ہوتی یا اللہ تعالٰی بندوں کے رویے پر افسوس کر رہا ہے کہ ان کے پاس جب بھی کوئی رسول آیا انہوں نے اس کے ساتھ مذاق ہی کیا۔
