وَلَمَّابَرَزُوا۟لِجَالُوتَوَجُنُودِهِۦقَالُوا۟رَبَّنَآأَفْرِغْعَلَيْنَاصَبْرًاوَثَبِّتْأَقْدَامَنَاوَٱنصُرْنَاعَلَىٱلْقَوْمِٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ ٢٥٠
Saheeh International
And when they went forth to [face] Goliath and his soldiers, they said, "Our Lord, pour upon us patience and plant firmly our feet and give us victory over the disbelieving people."

(250) Ketika raja thalut beserta tentaranya telah berhadap-hadapan dengan raja Jalut dan tentaranya, dan menyaksikan betapa banyaknya jumlah musuh dan perlengkapan yang serba sempurna, mereka berdoa kepada Allah agar dilimpahkan iman ke dalam hati mereka, sabar dan tawakal pada Allah dan agar Allah menolong mereka mengalahkan musuh-musuhnya yang menyembah berhala itu.
