كُتِبَ عَلَيۡكُمۡ إِذَا حَضَرَ أَحَدَكُمُ ٱلۡمَوۡتُ إِن تَرَكَ خَيۡرًا ٱلۡوَصِيَّةُ لِلۡوَٰلِدَيۡنِ وَٱلۡأَقۡرَبِينَ بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِ‌ۖ حَقًّا عَلَى ٱلۡمُتَّقِينَ١٨٠

Saheeh International

Prescribed for you when death approaches [any] one of you if he leaves wealth [is that he should make] a bequest for the parents and near relatives according to what is acceptable - a duty upon the righteous.

তোমাদের মধ্যে কারও মৃত্যুকাল উপস্থিত হলে সে যদি ধন-সম্পত্তি রেখে যায় তবে প্রচলিত ন্যায়নীতি অনুযায়ী তার পিতা-মাতা ও আত্মীয়-স্বজনের জন্য অসিয়াত করার বিধান তোমাদেরকে দেয়া হলো। এটা মুত্তাকীদের উপর কর্তব্য [১]।
