28:10
وَأَصْبَحَفُؤَادُأُمِّمُوسَىٰفَٰرِغًاإِنكَادَتْلَتُبْدِىبِهِۦلَوْلَآأَنرَّبَطْنَاعَلَىٰقَلْبِهَالِتَكُونَمِنَٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ ١٠

Saheeh International

And the heart of Moses' mother became empty [of all else]. She was about to disclose [the matter concerning] him had We not bound fast her heart that she would be of the believers.

Tafseer 'Ibn Kathir' (AR)

يقول تعالى مخبرا عن فؤاد أم موسى حين ذهب ولدها في البحر أنه أصبح فارغا أي من كل شيء من أمور الدنيا إلا من موسى قاله ابن عباس ومجاهد وعكرمة وسعيد بن جبير وأبو عبيدة والضحاك والحسن البصري وقتادة وغيرهم "إن كادت لتبدي به" أي إن كادت من شدة وجدها وحزنها وأسفها لتظهر أنه ذهب لها ولد وتخبر بحالها لولا أن الله ثبتها وصبرها قال الله تعالى: "لولا أن ربطنا على قلبها لتكون من المؤمنين ".
