وَوَقَعَٱلْقَوْلُعَلَيْهِمبِمَاظَلَمُوا۟فَهُمْلَايَنطِقُونَ ٨٥
Saheeh International
And the decree will befall them for the wrong they did, and they will not [be able to] speak.

Tafseer 'Tafsir Kemenag RI' (IN)
(85) Ayat ini menjelaskan bahwa kemurkaan Allah kepada orang-orang yang ingkar itu disebabkan kezaliman mereka sendiri. Mereka tidak dapat berkata apa-apa untuk menolak azab yang akan menimpa mereka seperti tersebut dalam firman Allah: Inilah hari, saat mereka tidak dapat berbicara, dan tidak diizinkan kepada mereka mengemukakan alasan agar mereka dimaafkan. (al-Mursalat/77: 35-36)
