فَجُمِعَٱلسَّحَرَةُلِمِيقَٰتِيَوْمٍمَّعْلُومٍ ٣٨
Saheeh International
So the magicians were assembled for the appointment of a well-known day.

Tafseer 'Tafsir Kemenag RI' (IN)
(38) Pada ayat ini, Allah menerangkan bahwa setelah Fir'aun mendapat saran dari pembesar dan pemuka kaumnya supaya tidak gegabah menindak Musa, dan lebih baik mengumpulkan ahli-ahli sihir, maka Fir'aun melaksanakan saran itu. Ia memerintahkan agar para ahli sihir sudah siap pada waktu yang telah ditetapkan, yaitu pada hari yang diumumkan sebagai hari raya.
