26:183
وَلَاتَبْخَسُوا۟ٱلنَّاسَأَشْيَآءَهُمْوَلَاتَعْثَوْا۟فِىٱلْأَرْضِمُفْسِدِينَ ١٨٣

Saheeh International

And do not deprive people of their due and do not commit abuse on earth, spreading corruption.

Tafseer 'Tafsir Ahsanul Bayaan' (UR)

لوگوں کو ان کی چیزیں کمی سے نہ دو (۱) بےباکی کے ساتھ زمین میں فساد نہ مچاتے پھرو۔(۲) ١٨٣۔١ یعنی لوگوں کو دیتے وقت ناپ یا تول میں کمی مت کرو۔ ۸۳۔۲ یعنی اللہ کی نافرمانی مت کرو اس سے زمین میں فساد پھیلتا ہے بعض نے اس سے مراد وہ رہزنی لی ہے جس کا ارتکاب بھی یہ قوم کرتی تھی جیسا کہ دوسرے مقام پر ہے۔ ( وَلَا تَقْعُدُوْا بِكُلِّ صِرَاطٍ تُوْعِدُوْنَ) 7۔ الاعراف:86)۔ راستوں میں لوگوں کو ڈرانے کے لیے مت بیٹھو۔ ابن کثیر۔
