لَّوْلَاجَآءُوعَلَيْهِبِأَرْبَعَةِشُهَدَآءَفَإِذْلَمْيَأْتُوا۟بِٱلشُّهَدَآءِفَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَعِندَٱللَّهِهُمُٱلْكَٰذِبُونَ ١٣

Saheeh International

Why did they [who slandered] not produce for it four witnesses? And when they do not produce the witnesses, then it is they, in the sight of Allah, who are the liars.

Tafseer 'Qasim Hamidan Da's' (AR)

(لَوْ لا) حرف تحضيض (جاؤُ) ماض وفاعله (عَلَيْهِ) متعلقان بجاءوا (بِأَرْبَعَةِ) متعلقان بجاءوا (شُهَداءَ) مضاف إليه مجرور بالفتحة نيابة عن الكسرة لأنه ممنوع من الصرف. (فَإِذْ) الفاء عاطفة وإذ ظرف زمان بمعنى إذا (لَمْ) جازمة (يَأْتُوا) مضارع مجزوم بحذف النون والواو فاعل والجملة مضاف إليه (بِالشُّهَداءِ) متعلقان بيأتوا (فَأُولئِكَ) الفاء واقعة في جواب إذ وأولاء مبتدأ والكاف للخطاب والجملة لا محل لها لأنها جواب شرط غير جازم. (عِنْدَ) ظرف مكان متعلق بالفاسقون (اللَّهِ) لفظ الجلالة مضاف إليه (هُمُ) ضمير فصل (الْكاذِبُونَ) خبر
