22:41
ٱلَّذِينَإِنمَّكَّنَّٰهُمْفِىٱلْأَرْضِأَقَامُوا۟ٱلصَّلَوٰةَوَءَاتَوُا۟ٱلزَّكَوٰةَوَأَمَرُوا۟بِٱلْمَعْرُوفِوَنَهَوْا۟عَنِٱلْمُنكَرِوَلِلَّهِعَٰقِبَةُٱلْأُمُورِ ٤١

Saheeh International

[And they are] those who, if We give them authority in the land, establish prayer and give zakah and enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong. And to Allah belongs the outcome of [all] matters.

Tafseer 'Baghawy Tafseer' (AR)

( الذين إن مكناهم في الأرض أقاموا الصلاة وآتوا الزكاة وأمروا بالمعروف ونهوا عن المنكر ) قال الزجاج : هذا من صفة ناصريه ، ومعنى " مكناهم في الأرض " : نصرناهم على عدوهم حتى يتمكنوا في البلاد . قال قتادة : هم أصحاب محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم ، وقال الحسن : هم هذه الأمة ( ولله عاقبة الأمور ) أي : آخر أمور الخلق ومصيرهم إليه ، يعني : يبطل كل ملك سوى ملكه ، فتصير الأمور إليه بلا منازع ولا مدع .
