They exalt [Him] night and day [and] do not slacken.

(20) Dalam ayat ini Allah menjelaskan bagaimana caranya para malaikat itu beribadah kepada-Nya, yaitu dengan senantiasa bertasbih siang dan malam dengan tidak putus-putusnya. Dalam ayat lain Allah berfirman tentang para malaikat ini: Yang tidak durhaka kepada Allah terhadap apa yang Dia perintahkan kepada mereka dan selalu mengerjakan apa yang diperintahkan. (at-Tahrim/66: 6)
